Bloodline from the book

Arno v. Haus Gersie – Valet & Veit v. Busecker Schloß

The line of Hector v. Schwaben through Valet and Veit v. Busecker Schloß: Alfred Hahn’s sable dogs, bred for hardness and courage.

Chapter VI · pages 36–38

Hector v. Schwaben, a direct son of Horand v. Grafrath, reached Slovak breeding through two sons of Arno v. Haus Gersie. Their breeder, Alfred Hahn, bred dogs for 65 years, most of them sable, and put character before anatomy and colour. The section follows the Veit and Valet branches into Czech and Slovak kennels – and shows where they ended.
